At myflysky9.com, our goal is to ensure you get the best value for your travel booking. Our Price Match Policy guarantees that if you find a lower all-inclusive fare for the same itinerary, we’ll match it and refund the difference—no later than 24 hours after your booking.

What Qualifies as the 'Same Itinerary'?

The fare must match exactly in terms of airline, flight number, travel dates, class of service, number of passengers, and route. Any differences in these details may render the comparison ineligible for a price match.

Availability Requirement

The lower-priced fare must be publicly available and bookable at the time our team verifies it. If the fare cannot be accessed or confirmed by our travel consultants, the price match claim may be declined.

How to Request a Price Match

To submit a claim, contact us via email at info@myskyfly9.com or call us at 1-888-616-3618. Include your myflysky9.com booking reference and complete details of the lower fare. Please also provide a valid URL or screenshot to help our team verify the offer. Upon validation, we will offer you the choice to retain your existing booking or receive a refund for the fare difference.

Exclusions and Limitations

This policy does not apply to special or restricted fares, such as those from loyalty programs, corporate rates, group discounts, bulk fares, tour operators, membership-only deals, student/military/government fares, charter bookings, convention rates, or error fares.

Only publicly available rates for identical itineraries qualify for a price match.
